48-hour dispute window
Once your order is marked delivered, you have 48 hours to raise a dispute if the card doesn't match the listing or doesn't arrive.

Disputes are reviewed by real people, not just algorithms. We review listing photos, your photos, and tracking data to reach a fair decision.
Note: Buyer protection applies to orders shipped with tracked Australia Post options only. Orders shipped via standard untracked envelope ($2.50) are not eligible for buyer protection.

Every completed order leaves a public rating. Buyers can see a seller's full review history before purchasing.
